We will be traveling in May from Amsterdam to Bruges to Brive to Paris and wondered whether it makes more sense to buy a France-Benelux Eurail pass (2 months, 4 days of travel) or to purchase individual tickets. These trips will be spread over a 2 week period. Thank you for your suggestions!

Bruges-Brive (via Paris)
Time: 7h50 - You may want to break this journey in two. Leave Bruges early in the morning. Enjoy the rest of the morning in Paris. Leave for Brive in the afternoon. You could also stay overnight.
Cost: 68€-115€, depending on the day. Book early for best prices.
Brive-Paris
Time: ~4h00
Cost: 17€-53€. Book early for best prices.

Choose GREAT BRITAIN as the country for collecting and receiving tickets. In reality, you will be able to either print them out or retrieve them at the train station.
Point-to-Point total:
129€-212€
By contrast, a France-Benelux Pass (2nd class Adult = 26+ y.o.) costs $299 + reservation fees on every leg except between Brive and Paris.
Hope that helps.
