recomendations for hotels with 2 adults and 2 teenagers?

I am going to paris for four days. We will be traveling with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Does anyone know of a good hotel, at least three star that has suites that could accomodate all of us?

thanks

This is is under quad rooms or family rooms if you use the search in the box at the top of the page. you will find as I have that if you search the forum you will usually find your answer. It took me a while to get the hang of it. Use the search for teen stuff, etc and you will find a wealth of knowledge. Seems we all have the same questions!

Bonne Chance!

Hi mike. What%26#39;s your budget in euros per night? That will help narrow it down for people to give recommendations. Thanks.

Thanks for responding. I dont really have a budget. My main priority is a nice clean hotel. I dont plan on staying there much, but I have heard of some pretty bad hotels in Europe. This is my first trip there.

thanks

We were in Paris last fall and stayed at the Hotel des Bains in Montparnasse. We had booked a regular room but it was not available, so they put is in the %26#39;suite%26#39; which was 2 rooms, one with twin beds and one with a queen bed. It was also bigger than other hotel rooms in Paris. We told ourselves to remember this if we ever wanted a place with other family members -i.e. our university age kids. It was in Montparnasse, right near the Edgar Quinet metro stop, near loads of great creperies, and of course Blvd Montparnasse. Excellent Wed a.m. market every Wed a.m. The reviews vary on this place, but I would recommend the suite -- it looked over the inner courtyard. We found the service here to be courteous and the price reasonable.

mike95762, there are grotty hotel everywhere! I read TA reviews on motels in Oregon and Washington state as we often go there and quite a few places have pretty bad reviews. I trust a few chains and have been OK so far but there are some bad places even in North America and there aren%26#39;t always the cheapest either.

I would look for an apartment for a stay with two teens and two adults. For our family of four, we find that a second bathroom is very helpful, and having a living room to hang out in together adds to our enjoyment of the trip. An apartment is usually a more economical choice with the bonus of more space and amenities.

Another alternative to consider... We%26#39;ve always had good luck with vrbo.com

Whatever you decide, have a great trip!

Yes, if your stay is more than a few days, an apartment will give you more space for the same rate, perhaps less.

And, you%26#39;d save a fortune on breakfast, snacks, beverages, etc., with two teenagers!
