Hi
We are planning a 4 day trip to euro disney in July %26#39;09. Have almost settled on NPB or New york for our hotel.
My question is is it better to book travel %26amp; hotel seperately or try to find a package, most packages I have found so far use train or flying %26amp; we want to compare driving (hubby loves driving in France!) %26amp; it would give us flexibility to stop for shopping trip en route home!
We may yet just do a day trip to Calais at another date %26amp; go for a flying trip to Euro disney as we have 2 kids with us who may not be impressed with dads passion for driving %26amp; the additional travelling time!
Any advice really welcome as to flying/driving %26amp; travel companies to check out!
thanks

Hi holhotspot
I always book directly with www.DisneylandParis.com
for my hotel and tickets .
If You are going to drive I would recomend that.
And if You would take a plane You can book that seperatly which ever gets cheapest way to do it .
But You also have the Eurostar train which gets You directly to the park.

hi holhotspot
You dont say where in Southern UK you are, but if you are close enough to Dover for a day trip to Calais, it is just 3 hours once you land on the other side to DLP. You could travel via the Chunnel from Folkstone - 30mins each way and pretty cheap too (about £25 each way)
OR, you can catch a train direct from Ashford? Less than 2 hours and, if you catch the right train, you will end up right outside the main gate.
If you fly to DLP, you will be best to go to CDG but you then have the added expense of either the train taxi or shuttle bus. You could fly/drive maybe? Fly/drive book flights and car yourself and for hotel and tickets, use the DLP site. If you decide on the train, book travel tickets separately as they are often cheaper.
Another way would be a coach trip? Buzzlines do some and I think there are probably more. Buzzlines only have a few dates though, but they are quite cheap

Many thanks fr the advice, I thin my preferenc would be tdrive %26amp; use chunnel as it allows for a spot f shoppin before returning home %26amp; we cantake it at our pace.
Nice to know it s cheaper to bok train/hotel seperately though, I shall delve eeper into that I think!
thanks again
