Romantic Paris Getaway for 3 days

I%26#39;m taking my partner to Paris in June for 3 days (sat, sun and until 4pm Mon) and would like ideas of where to stay and what to visit.

We%26#39;ve never been to Paris before, so I%26#39;d like to see most things - not bothered as much in going into the tourist places (bar the Eiffel Tower), but just seeing them from outside to take photos etc.

We have a budget of about £100 - £200 for accommodation, obviously cheaper would be nicer, but I don%26#39;t want to stay in anywhere to dingy.

We%26#39;ll be arriving early 9am on the Sat and then fly back late 7pm on the Mon.
