Hi,
Hoping to go to Italy again this year, probably September. Thinking of taking the Motor Rail from Calais to Nice and then driving to Tuscany.
Will probably travel back through Switzerland as we did last year,as the Motor Rail seems to finish mid September.
Has anyone done this Motor Rail journey? Your thoughts for and against would be much appreciated.
I know it seems expensive but last year we crossed at night to Calais where we stayed overnight, another stop in Mulhouse and a stop at Lugano and when we tot-up the money spent on petrol, overnight stops and meals and tolls etc the price of the Motor Rail doesn%26#39;t seem too bad.
