Hi,
I am going to London for a couple of weeks but am planning on doing a trip on the EuroStar to Paris for a day with family.
Does anyone have any ideas on an itinerary or just places to visit during the day? We plan on going quite early in the morning and getting the train back late in the evening, but want to get as much sightseeing as possible in. Any suggestions? (Keeping in mind we will have my Nana with us so want to keep walking to a minimum for her)
Would appreciate any suggestions at all!! :-)

Like London, you will find that Paris has Hop-on Hop-off sightseeing buses that cover most of the City (I think there are 3 or 4 different Circuits). You will get to see the outside of a lot of the main sights this way, and there could be almost NO walking. Perhaps you have a couple of places that YOU particularly want to see?? Post back about those, or have a look at the TA Paris Forum.

You might want to complete your day with a Cruise along the River Seine - the Vedettes de Pont Neuf, or Bateau Mouches are easy enough to find!

Thanks! That all looks great!!
I think the hop-on hop-off tour is a fantastic idea.
And the river cruise looks great too.
Obviously we want to see some of the main attractions like the eiffel tower etc. which from the look of the info you gave me we will be able to see from both the bus tours and the river cruise.
Thanks again!
