hi we have achance of cheap flights to la rochelle in may as we have never been we thought we would ask maybe someone knows anything about where to stay and is it expensive when you get there .if anyone can help us thank you

Hi there, good hotel to stay is the Comfort St Nicholas, not too expensive, quite central. La Rochelle can be as expensive as you like, or as cheap. Theres a huge choice of eateries, and things to do. As you will be aware the exchange rate isnt as good as it was a few years ago.... but hope it doesnt put you off.I hope you have a lovely time, its a fantastic town
