Metro Help

Hello all. I am in Bayeux today, and we will be arriving at St. Lazare, and we need to get to Hotel Concorde La Fayette. In looking at the Metro map, it looks like we take Metro 12 to Concorde and then get off and get on Metro 1 from Concorde to Porte Mailote. Does this seem correct? The hotel%26#39;s website directions are pitiful.
